I've always found it easier to lighten the tone before breaking the bell.  So for those of you who have yet to hear of the events from this past month, it is heavy meal to digest.    A good appetizer always enhances a main course.  Today's feature is the "ABOUT US" appetizer.  It is great for sharing: sweet, but with a slight pinch of salt.   For those of you starving for the main course, go straight to the beginning.
