Our memories of Jonathan are not many but the fact we knew you both connects us to him. Our last memory was when we visited you in your home for an evening and stayed over night.
Jonathan was still in bed when I wanted to get a picture so I just went in and got him awake and took a picture of him in his bed. He was so sweet and accommodating but probably said when we left
"who was that weird woman taking my picture?" My memory of that day was that he had a beautiful smile just like his Mom and that is how I am sure you will remember him too. I read some of his blog
and was blown away by the beauty of his words and how very much it touched me. Someday I want to go back and read more but it was too hard for me to read it all at once.
Chris, Carolyn, Sarah and Stephanie... you were so fortunate to have such a wonderful son and brother and we can not imagine your pain right now. You have been in our thoughts and prayers many
times these last months. We love you all and pray for God's continued grace, and comfort during this time of letting go and especially as you go through the memorial service and say your last "good-byes".
