A Series of Fortunate Events

Dear Nord Family,
It was a pleasure to meet all of you last weekend....I only wish that it had been under different circumstances. I can now see why Jona was such a wonderful person after meeting his family. The first time that I met Jonathan was when Dawn (my niece) brought him to a family reunion at Maureen (my sister) and Jeff's home. The whole family immediately liked Jona....he fit right in, he was friendly and he even played all of our games :-) I remember telling Dawn something like...."he is so cute....we will try not to scare him away!"
We will miss Jona, but Heaven somehow seems even closer now.....knowing that Jona is there waiting for all of us! I am so very thankful that we will see him again! "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also." John 14:1-3
May God continue to comfort you and fill you with His peace as you put your hope and trust in Him! God bless you all.
